Ballots have been sent to voting members for the 2010 Election. Ballots must be received by the APA by 5 p.m. (EST) February 5, 2010. Use the information on your paper ballot to vote online. For candidate information, visit the Election page. If you do not receive a ballot by January 15, write election@psych.org to request one.

Both the House and Senate have passed a 60-day delay for the Medicare SGR cuts that were scheduled to take effect January 1st 2010. This will allow a grace period while Congress continues to finalize its health reform proposal. A full update will be posted in the next issue of RushNotes.
