Change to APA 2012 Membership Dues Cycle

The new deadline for paying APA membership dues will be JUNE 30. Membership dues for 2012 and thereafter must be paid by June 30 or your membership will automatically expire on that date unless members are enrolled in the APA Scheduled Payment Plan. Renew your membership online or enroll in the APA Scheduled Payment Plan.

APA Action Alert

APA has activated its grassroots network to ask members of Congress to sign on to a letter circulating the House that urges full repeal of the flawed Medicare Sustainable Growth Rate (SGR) reimbursement formula by tapping unused funds from the drawdown of troops in Iraq and Afghanistan. The bipartisan letter was authored by Representatives Joseph Crowley (D-NY) and Dan Benishek (R-MI). View the action alert.

Information on the development of the fifth edition of Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5) is available at www.dsm5.org.
