  • Two Presidents-Elect, A.B. Richardson (1903-1904 term) and H. Douglas Singer (1941-1942), died before assuming office. Their names have appeared on some historical rosters of Presidents.

  • From 1936-1957, the Vice President was deleted from Constitution. The Constitution was revised in 1957 to allow 2 vice presidents. The Bylaws were revisedagain in 2003 to eliminate one Vice President beginning in 2004. One Vice President to be elected in 2005 and then in alternate years.

  • The Bylaws were revised in 2003 to merge Secretary and Treasurer positions in 2005. Treasurer elected in 2004 serves as Treasurer from May 2004 � May 2005 and as Secretary-Treasurer from May 2005 � May 2006. Secretary-Treasurer to be elected 2006 and then in alternate years.
