Performance in Practice clinical module
To facilitate continued clinical competence, the ABMS and all its specialty boards including ABPN are implementing Maintenance of Certification. In 2013 the ABPN will require a review of one’s own practice, a Performance in Practice (PIP) clinical module. Two sample performance-in-practice tools are presented that are based on recommendations of the APA’s Practice Guideline.
