The Medicare provider compulsory revalidation period has been extended to 2015. Until 2015 Medicare Carriers and Contractors will be sending out notices on a regular basis to all their providers who enrolled in Medicare prior to March 25, 2011.
Individual physicians, other eligible professionals and selected group practices can apply online for a hardship exemption under the 2013 Medicare Electronic Prescribing (eRx) Incentive Program.
