Each of the above guidelines documents includes clinical recommendations, a discussion of benefits and harms, a review of available evidence, results from an expert opinion survey, and a discussion of the appropriateness of the recommendations to inform quality improvement activities including performance measures.
The Summary of Recommendations document provides recommendations only from the draft guidelines.
