Notice to Nonmembers!  Register Now for APA Membership! 
Take advantage of member pricing if your membership application is received by
April 2. Select one of the following to download for membership and registration packet:

    General Membership Application
    Member-in-Training Membership Application
    International Membership Application
    Medical Student Membership Application

You will be notified as to when the application is received and when the review process begins. The member-fee registration will be held in a pending file until the application for membership is approved and member dues are paid.  The Registration Department will notify you if the member-fee registration cannot be honored, which would require payment of the nonmember registration fee. Incomplete or pending applications will not qualify for member rates but will be automatically considered for the APA Rebate Program.
